My first post is from the States. I’m not on the road yet, still lots of planning to do! I have all the countries and most of the cities all picked out that I’m going to visit (some countries might be dropped, others might be added – nothing is set in stone). I’m looking for flights and hostels (and couches where I can, let me know if any of you have a place for me to crash on my travels!).
The first few stops will be Argentina (still unsure about this one, more to come…), Peru, Chile, and Brazil. I’ll most likely be in South America for about…a month and a half, maybe two??…somewhere around there at least. I was told that I need to see Machu Picchu, so I added Peru to the list, what’s another couple weeks out of a year, right?? Chile is still questionable but I haven’t taken it out yet! I heard that Chile is kinda expensive, so we’ll see after more research (this was another last minute add). Brazil is going to be wonderful! I think I’ll give Brazil three or four weeks – again, more research.
That’s all for now, I’ll have more solid info on South America for the next post and a rough draft for Africa.
